Terrance Deshaun Allen, 34, of Washington, was arrested Friday morning in the 100 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington for failure to appear for pretrial sentence investigation interview on prohibited acts.
David Keith Wilson, 36, of Crawfordsville, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 300 block of North Chestnut Street in Crawfordsville on a Johnson County warrant for OWI.
Erick Alonso Catino, 26, of Washington, was arrested Friday night at Highway 1 and 170th in Kalona for OWI, driving under suspension and child endangerment. He was also cited for a stop sign violation.
Melody Kanosha McCullom, 22, of Waterloo, was arrested Saturday evening in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington on a warrant for assault. The subject is also wanted out of Johnson County for application for revocation of probation on a charge of pimping and pandering.
Patrick Devine, 63, of Sigourney, was arrested Saturday night in the 200 block of East Washington Street in Washington for failure to appear for sentencing on a charge of driving under suspension.
A caller reported Saturday evening being run off the road by a semi on Highway 218 in Riverside. Officers were unable to locate the semi.
A vehicle was reported in the ditch Sunday morning at Spruce and 270th Street in Ainsworth. Officers responded.
A truck was reported in a ditch Sunday afternoon at Highway 1 and 130th in Kalona. Officers responded.
A care reportedly went into a ditch Sunday evening at Ginkgo and 315th in Brighton. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Monday morning in the 1500 block of Riverside Road in Riverside. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Dispatch received a letter Friday afternoon in reference to a vehicle parked at East Third and North 14th Avenue in Washington. The vehicle was parked the wrong way, with no license plates, flat tires and it had been there over a month. Officers were advised.
Jeremy TyShawn Shine, 24, of Brighton, was cited Saturday afternoon in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington for driving under suspension.
A caller in the 2200 block of Riverside Road reported Saturday afternoon her husband started the fireplace and the house was filling up with smoke. Washington Fire Department, Washington County Ambulance and officers responded. No fire.
A subject in the 3200 block of Highway 92 in Ainsworth reported Saturday morning being scammed by someone pretending to be Publisher’s Clearinghouse. The incident was documented.

The theft of 17 sheets of plywood was reported Friday afternoon at Kiwi and Highway 1 in Washington. The incident was documented.
A gas drive-off was reported Monday morning in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Officers were advised.
A stop sign at Palm and 240th in Washington was reported shot with a shotgun Friday afternoon. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 200 block of North Mechanic Street in Brighton reported Friday afternoon her neighbors were making threats toward her. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
Some sort of riot was reported Friday evening in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The subjects had calmed down.
A caller in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona reported Saturday morning that her daughter had been drinking and had gotten into a physical altercation with her sister. Officers responded. The subjects were separated.
A subject reportedly had a verbal altercation with two third grade subjects Saturday afternoon in the 500 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the subject.
A caller in the 1100 block of Westview Drive in Washington reported Saturday afternoon a subject left the property and he was advised not to be on the property. Officers responded. Charges will be filed.

A caller reported Sunday evening finding a pill in a drink she bought in the 800 block of Eighth Street in Kalona. The incident was documented.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 800 block of 10th Avenue in Wellman reported Saturday evening that her uncle pushed her and she requested an officer. The uncle called saying his niece was out of control. Officers responded.
