Mary Megan Jenkins, 36, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of West Madison Street in Washington for OWI.
Zachary Raymond Job, 19, of Brighton, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of East Washington Street in Brighton for public intoxication.
Adam Hotchkiss, 30, of Oskaloosa, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of North Mechanic Street in Brighton on a Jefferson County warrant. Charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending.
Nikita Ann Schumaker, 19, of Brighton, was cited Tuesday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for driving under suspension.
Sexual child abuse
A possible case of sexual child abuse was reported Tuesday afternoon in the City of Washington. The incident is under investigation.
Someone was reported trying to break into a garage Tuesday night in the 500 block of North C Avenue in Washington. Officers were unable to locate anyone. The garage was secure.
A caller in the 200 block of West Washington Street in Washington reported a couple was wanting to use Fed Ex to mail a large amount of money. He was concerned it was a scam. Officers responded. The subjects advised it was a scam and left the business.
Vandalism was reported to a residence in the 1100 block of East Taylor Street in Washington Tuesday afternoon. Words were reported spray-painted on a garage door. The incident was documented.
The hose on an air conditioner unit was reported damaged Tuesday evening in the 1000 block of Second Street in Wellman. The caller had a suspect. Officers spoke with both parties. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 30 block of Locust Lane in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon that two subjects continually knock on her door for money. Officers responded and advised the subjects to move on.
Mariah Brown, 17, of Washington, was cited Tuesday afternoon in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
Two subjects were reported hanging around a store in the 100 block of West Washington Street in Washington Tuesday morning and asking to use a phone to get assistance with a ride or shelter. Officers responded. The subjects were given a ride to HACAP.
A caller in the 400 block of West Second Street in Washington requested a welfare check Tuesday afternoon on her 6-year-old great-nephew due to an incident that occurred earlier in the evening. Officers responded. The child was fine.
A caller in the 700 block of East Main Street in Washington reported Tuesday night that his 17-year-old daughter was missing from the residence. Officers responded. Two guns were also missing.
Someone was reported running Tuesday night in the 3300 block of Old White way in Ainsworth. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 1000 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday night that she was being harassed over a babysitting payment. Officers responded. It was a civil matter.

A caller in the 600 block of East Van Buren Street in Washington requested assistance Tuesday morning for a dog that was laying in the back yard not moving. Officers responded. The dog was deceased.
