A subject reportedly left a business in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington with tea and cigarettes after his debit card was declined Tuesday afternoon. Officers attempted to locate.

A vehicle with several subjects inside was reported in a parking lot in the 300 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington Tuesday afternoon. Someone reportedly threw a bottle out the window and it broke.
