Thomas Lee Blakley, 80, of Ainsworth, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 300 block of Milwaukee Avenue in Ainsworth for assault.
Leonard Stanley Wolverton, 47, of Brighton, was arrested Tuesday night in the 1700 block of Highway 78 in Brighton on a Wapello County warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on OWI.
Shannon Gene Allred, 18, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for possession of drug paraphernalia.
A vehicle reportedly hit a parked vehicle Tuesday morning in the 1700 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Over $1,500 damage was reported. Charges are pending.
A suspicious item was reportedly located on the floor of a business in the 700 block of Sixth Street in Wellman. Officers responded. The item was seized.

Items were reported taken from a rental property in the 1200 block of North Third Avenue in Washington Tuesday evening. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 500 block of C Avenue in Kalona reported Tuesday night that two girls stole a friend’s skateboard. Officers responded. The skateboard was returned to the owner.
A possible domestic situation was reported Wednesday morning in the 200 block of North Mechanic Street in Brighton. Officers responded. The parties calmed down.
A caller in the 1200 block of E Avenue in Kalona requested Tuesday evening to speak with a deputy in reference to an employee who was possibly intoxicated. Officers responded and spoke with all parties. The situation was resolved for the evening. The incident was documented.
A caller reported Tuesday evening that someone had dumped garbage in the 2600 block of Nutmeg Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. A name was found in the garbage. Officers will attempt to speak with the subject. The incident was documented.
A caller reported Tuesday morning that dogs were fighting in an outdoor kennel in the 100 block of West Fountain Street in Brighton. Officers responded. The dogs were separated on officers’ arrival. Everything appeared fine.
