A two-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. Information was exchanged.
A caller reported having an accident at East Harrison and South Second Avenue in Washington Wednesday afternoon. A child on a bicycle ran into the caller’s vehicle. No injuries. The mother was contacted. The incident was documented.
A caller at 220th Street and Tulip Avenue in Ainsworth reported Wednesday afternoon a crop duster flew across the road and sprayed vehicles.
A sex offender registry was reported Wednesday evening in the 1400 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington.
A caller in the 300 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman reported Wednesday morning that someone went through a boarded up window. It didn’t appear anything was taken, but items were lying outside. Officers responded.

A gas drive-off in the amount of $25 was reported Wednesday morning in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington.
A caller in the 300 block of North C Avenue in Washington reported Wednesday morning that he painted the back of his garage Tuesday and when he went out there were four BB holes through the garage. There was also a vehicle parked in back that he did not recognize. The owner of the vehicle had been given permission to park there.
Vandalism was reported to a building in the 400 block of South Mechanic Street in Brighton Wednesday morning. The north siding had a marble-sized hole in it. It had occurred a year ago as well. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of South Harrison Street in Brighton reported Wednesday afternoon that her ex-boyfriend broke into her house and she has no way in because the deadbolt was broken. The caller was not sure if the subject entered the residence. He resides there. No damage. The incident was documented.
The back window of a vehicle was reported shattered Wednesday evening in the 1100 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Brighton reported Wednesday afternoon an employee’s ex-boyfriend made threats toward her. The incident was documented.
A subject was reported out-of-control Wednesday evening in the 100 block of West Fountain Street in Brighton. Officers and the Iowa State Patrol responded. The subject was not at the residence when officers arrived.
A caller in the 3000 block of 150th Street in Riverside reported Wednesday afternoon that her neighbor’s cattle kept coming onto her property. The neighbor was very unfriendly when she spoke with him. Officers spoke with both subjects. Information was given to the township trustees. County attorney advised that if the fence is right on the property line, both were responsible for the fence.
A caller reported Wednesday afternoon being at a residence in the 200 block of East 13th Street in Washington for the impoundment of a dog. The incident was documented.
Juveniles were reported being loud Wednesday night in the 600 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Officers responded. The subjects will quiet down for the night.
A caller in the 700 block of D Avenue in Kalona reported Wednesday evening that a door was open when she returned to her property. Officers responded and checked the area. No problem.
