Lisa Marie Boysel, 46, of Wilton, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of West Washington Street in Washington on a warrant for possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture.
Robert William Burns, 26, of Des Moines, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of West Washington Street in Washington for possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture.
Dannielle Dawn Osborne, 25, of Wellman, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 400 block of Seventh Avenue in Wellman for failure to appear for show cause hearing on contempt refusal/failure to pay fine or costs.
A caller reported Thursday afternoon that a vehicle pulling a trailer would not let him pass in the 3000 block of 175th Street in Riverside. Officers spoke with the owner of the truck.
A caller reported Thursday evening that her daughter’s boyfriend had assaulted her daughter as she was preparing to meet the caller in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. As the daughter was leaving, the male subject got into the car and refused to get out. The caller was in a hotel room with the daughter and the daughter had visible marks on her body. Officers spoke with the caller and advised her to inform casino DCI. The DCI requested assistance with the male subject. The subject has charges with the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
A caller in the 200 block of Highway 92 in West Chester reported Thursday evening that the neighbor children were mean to his grandchildren when they were playing outside. Officers spoke with the parents.
Liquor law violations
Aaron Duane Warner, 20, was cited Thursday night in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue in Kalona for possession of alcohol under legal age.
Illegal dumping was reported on a property on Yucca north of 170th Street in Ainsworth. Officers responded.
Someone reportedly dumped four bags of trash at Hayes Timber in Washington. Officers responded.
An opossum was reported Thursday morning in a window well at a residence in the 1100 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington. Officers responded and removed the animal.
A rottweiller and a pit bull were reported loose in the 200 block of Washington Street in Ainsworth. Officers responded. Jan Lynn Kane of Ainsworth was cited for allowing a dog to run at large.
A loose dog was reported Thursday evening in the 1000 block of East van Buren Street in Washington. Officers responded.
Loud music was reported Thursday evening in the 900 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Officers responded. The caller later advised the subject had turned the music back up. Officers responded.
Loud music was reported Friday morning in the 500 block of North C Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.
Dispatch received an anonymous reported Thursday night of a subject in the 500 block of West Madison Street in Washington wearing a Freddy Krueger mask and jumping out at traffic. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller reported Thursday night she believed drug activity was going on in the 200 block of North D Avenue in Washington.
