Benjamin Philip Asbury, 27, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 400 block of East 14th Street in Washington for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.
Richard Dean Downs, 50, of Crawfordsville, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the City of Washington on a warrant for sexual abuse.
John Edward Walling Jr., 35, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 400 block of East Washington Street in Washington for possession of a controlled substance, drug tax stamp violation and possession of an explosive device.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon at Highway 218 and exit 80 in Riverside. Sarah Williams of North Liberty was cited for failure to stop at a safe and assured distance.
An abandoned car was reported Tuesday afternoon at Highway 22 and Redoak in Riverside. Officers located the owner and asked him to move the vehicle.
A subject reportedly witnessed juveniles attempting to break into a business in the 2900 block of Highway 22 in Riverside Tuesday morning. The incident is under investigation.
A vehicle was reported egged Tuesday morning in the 100 block of South B Avenue in Washington. The incident was documented.
A mailbox in the 3100 block of 150th Street in Riverside was reported run over by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Profanities were reported spray-painted on a vehicle Wednesday morning in the 2900 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. The incident was documented.
A deputy was requested Tuesday evening in the 900 block of West Second Street in Kalona in reference to an issue the caller was having. Officers spoke with the caller.
An officer was requested Tuesday night in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona to assist in getting a subject to stay away from the caller’s home. Officers responded.
A barking dog was reported Tuesday morning in the 1600 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
An intoxicated subject was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 800 block of North Seventh Avenue in Washington screaming that people had stolen her cell phone. Officers responded. The cell phone was located.

A caller in the 2900 block of 136th Street in Brighton requested assistance for a friend who had his legs stuck in the mud in a creek Tuesday afternoon. Brighton Fire Department responded and assisted.
