Todd Allen Chalupa, 41, of Washington, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 400 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington for OWI and seat belt violation.
Jared James Reed, 24, of Brighton, was arrested Friday night in the 3000 block of 220th Street in Ainsworth for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway. Charges of operating while intoxicated are pending.
Uriah Nathaniel Mead, 28, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested Saturday morning in the 1700 block of Highways 1 and 92 in Washington for public intoxication. Charges are pending for possession of a controlled substance.
Raul Rios, 31, of Washington, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 500 block of South Highway 1 in Washington for serious assault.
Adam James Flake, 20, of Washington, was arrested Saturday night in the 2800 block of Ginkgo Avenue in Brighton for speeding 70 in a 55, speeding 87 in a 50, simple trespass, aggravated eluding, driving under suspension x5, and five counts of child endangerment.
Jesse James Carter, 41, of Washington, was arrested Saturday night in the 2200 block of 250th Street in Washington for criminal mischief. Tony Michael Dillavou, 23, of Washington, was arrested at the same time and location for disorderly conduct.
Charges were filed Saturday afternoon at Walking Trail and Circle Drive in Wellman on Eric Glen Smith, 28, of Wellman, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A vehicle struck a parked vehicle Friday night in the 700 block of West Monroe Street in Washington. Officers responded. Information was exchanged.
A caller reported rolling his vehicle Saturday morning at Vine and 190th in Ainsworth when he swerved to miss three deer. Officers responded. The vehicle was towed.
A caller in the 400 block of East Jefferson Street in Washington reported Saturday evening that his vehicle appeared to have been hit. The incident was documented.
A caller reported Sunday afternoon that a vehicle struck his vehicle Saturday evening in the 200 block of North Van Buren Street in Brighton. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Sunday night at Highway 218 and 320th in Crawfordsville. The vehicle was towed. The incident was documented.
A vehicle reported drove around the HACAP building in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington several times Friday evening. Officers responded.

A caller in the 1700 Highway 78 in Brighton reported Sunday afternoon his girlfriend’s son assaulted him. Officers spoke with the caller. Unfounded.
A house in the 300 block of Center Street in West Chester was reported broken into Sunday afternoon. Money and jewelry were reported missing. Officers were advised.
A caller in the 400 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington reported Saturday morning being the victim of a fraud. Officers attempted to contact the caller.

An officer was requested Friday morning in the 700 block of East Main Street in Washington in reference to a theft from the residence. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 2200 block of Nutmeg Avenue in Washington reported Saturday afternoon losing his duffle bag off the back of his motorcycle. The bag was later recovered.
A mailbox in the 1900 block of 135th Street in Wellman was reported vandalized Saturday afternoon. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 300 block of West Fifth Street in Washington reported Saturday morning that his wife was intoxicated and tearing things up. Officers responded.
A subject was reported setting off fireworks Saturday evening in the 600 block of North Sixth Avenue in Washington. A warning was issued.
Liquor law violations
Michael Thomas Hall, 18, of Washington, was cited Sunday morning in the 1600 block of East Washington Street in Washington for .02 violation and speeding.
A subject was reported trespassing on the caller’s property in the 3000 block of Old Captain’s Road in Riverside Saturday morning. Officers responded and spoke with the caller’s nephew, who lived next door. He said he had some friends over and they walked onto the caller’s property. The incident was documented.
Loose dogs were reported Friday morning in the 800 block of North Eighth Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the owner.
Loose dogs were reported Friday evening in the 900 block of Ninth Street in Kalona. Officers responded. Written warnings were issued.
A caller in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington reported Saturday morning that two dogs had attacked her dog. Officers spoke with the dog owner. A verbal warning was given.

A sound resembling a gunshot was reported Sunday morning in the 600 block of East Second Street in Washington. Officers responded.
A caller in the 90 block of East First Street in Riverside reported Sunday afternoon his neighbor was harassing him with loud music. Officers responded. Subjects were working construction and turned the music down.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 30 block of Parkside Estates Road in Washington reported Saturday evening her husband was verbally fighting with her. Officers responded.
A 4-5-year-old subject reportedly had been outside by herself Saturday night in the 700 block of East Washington Street in Washington had had been in the street several times. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Subjects were reported shouting at each other Sunday morning at West 18th Street in Washington. Officers responded. The subjects went inside for the night.
A caller in the 100 block of East Second Street in Riverside reported Friday evening that his uncle’s whereabouts were unknown and he had mental issues. He had reported to other family members he was going to ride his bike to Iowa City.
Three juveniles were reported missing Saturday afternoon in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona. Officers, Kalona Fire and Kalona QRS responded. The subjects were located.
