Joshua Mark Schreiner, 36, was arrested Thursday evening in St. Charles, Ill., on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear for show cause on OWI, probation violation on possession of marijuana, failure to appear for pretrial on driving under revocation, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason Lee Milam, 32, of West Chester, was arrested Friday morning in the 300 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington for OWI.
An accident was reported Thursday afternoon in the 1900 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Under $1,500 damage was reported. Information was exchanged.
Three juveniles in the 400 block of West Jefferson Street in Washington were reported trying to move a vehicle belonging to someone else. Officers spoke with the owner and several subjects.
A trailer was reported parked at South Seventh Avenue and East Washington Street in Washington and it had been on the road for several weeks. Officers responded and chalked the tires.
A bike was reported stolen Thursday evening in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.

Medication was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington Thursday afternoon. A caller later advised he found the medication run over in the parking lot.
Gas was reported syphoned from a vehicle in the 200 block of Seventh Avenue in Wellman Thursday evening. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of East Polk Street in Washington requested assistance Thursday evening with a patient being disorderly. Officers responded.
A caller on Parkside Estates Road in Washington reported Thursday evening tenants were arguing and yelling at her over a water bill. Officers responded. The subjects calmed down for the evening.
A loose dog was reported in the 700 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington Thursday afternoon. This was an ongoing problem. A second caller reported having the dog caught in his yard. Officers and the dogcatcher responded. The dog was taken to the pound.
A caller reported Thursday afternoon that a horse was tied outside and the neighbor and her dog came into the caller’s yard and the neighbor’s dog bit the caller’s horse, causing injury. Officers responded and spoke with both parties. A report will be filed.
A loose dog was reported in the 1500 block of North Sixth Avenue in Washington Thursday afternoon. Officers responded. The dog had returned home prior to arrival. Officers gave a verbal warning.
A subject was reported going door-to-door in the 700 block of South 12th Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the suspects and they will leave town.
