A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Monday evening at Larch Avenue and Highway 92 in Washington. Officers responded.
A propane tank was reported leaking Monday morning in the 200 block of West Columbus Street in Crawfordsville. Crawfordsville Fire Department responded. The residents are out and fine. The tank had been knocked over. The gas company was contacted. The house was aired out and the residents were allowed back.
All other thefts
A caller reported Monday evening that on or about Feb. 19 her purse was taken out of her office in the 600 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 600 block of Park Street in Ainsworth reported Monday evening that a package had been delivered to his old address and the subjects that live there refused to give it to him. Officers spoke with the caller and the other subjects. It was a civil matter.
A caller in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported Monday afternoon that a subject kept calling her place of work and showed up Sunday when she wasn’t there. Officers left a message for the caller. The incident was documented.
A subject in the 100 block of West Third Street in Washington was reportedly being harassed Monday evening. Officers responded. Unfounded.
A subject was reported Monday morning in the 1400 block of West Fifth Street in Washington out of control and tearing up items. The staff will take the subject for a psych evaluation.
A barking dog was reported Tuesday morning in the 300 block of Center Street in West Chester. Officers were unable to locate.
Loud music was reported Monday afternoon in the 400 block of east Van Buren Street in Washington. Officers responded. Unfounded.
Family offense non violent
A subject was reported out of control and not on his meds Monday night in the 200 block of North Main Street in Crawfordsville. Officers responded. The caller and children will stay elsewhere for he night.
A caller in the 1200 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon someone had been in his shop and garage. The incident was documented.
A student reportedly ran away from a school in the 800 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington Monday morning. Officers located the student and returned him to school.
A welfare check was requested Monday afternoon on a subject in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. Officers responded. No one was at the residence
