Alexander Scott Sesher, 19, of Anderson, Calif., was arrested Thursday evening in the 2600 block of Highway 92 in Washington for possession of a controlled substance – marijuana.
Craig Steven Branham, 52, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Thursday evening at Highway 218 and 240th Street in Ainsworth for OWI.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Friday morning in the 1000 block of Highway 218 in Riverside. The vehicle was drivable. Officers were advised. The incident was documented.

Traffic stop serious
Jose Amable Tavarez-Rojas, 39, of Conesville, was cited Thursday evening at Highway 92 and Spruce Avenue in Washington for driving under suspension.
A rock reportedly flew off a passing semi Thursday morning at Nutmeg Avenue and 220th Street in Washington and cracked the caller’s window. Officers spoke with the caller.
A general fire alarm was reported Thursday afternoon in the 600 block of East Polk Street in Washington. Washington Fire Department, Washington County Ambulance and officers responded. No fire. They were having issues with the boiler and the alarm was triggered.
All other thefts
A caller reported a theft of service Thursday morning from a trade show that occurred Nov. 23, 2013 in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. Items were purchased then a stop payment was put on the check. The buyer returned the property, but it wasn’t the same as it was when it was sold. The incident is under investigation.
Two subjects were reported breaking beer bottles Thursday afternoon in the 900 block of West Main Street in Washington. Officers spoke with the subjects. Their parents were contacted.
A caller in the 90 block of North Glasgow Street in Riverside reported Thursday afternoon that property was destroyed Sunday and the person who did it was threatening her. Officers spoke with the subject and advised him to have no further contact with the caller or charges would be filed.
A caller in the 200 block of South Main Street in Crawfordsville reported Thursday afternoon an incident had occurred where a subject used profanity toward her and spoke about her brother being a sex offender. Officers will contact school officials and make them aware of the situation.
Several bags of garbage, boxes and beer bottles were reported dumped Thursday afternoon in the 1200 block of Nutmeg Avenue in Kalona. Officers were advised. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman reported Friday morning the neighbors were in their back yard with the music turned up loud. Officers responded. The music was turned down on arrival.
