Byron Joel Wiles, 28, of Kalona, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona for violation of parole.
Gregory Allen Hockenberry, 30, of Olds, was arrested Friday night in the 1400 block of East Washington Street in Washington on a Emmet County warrant for contempt of court on driving while revoked.
Justin David Hay, 22, of Keota, was arrested Saturday morning in the 1000 block of East Washington Street in Washington for public intoxication and interference with official acts.
Elmer Joel Espinal, 34, of Kalona, was arrested Sunday evening in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona for operating while intoxicated. The subject was held for ICE.

A caller reported Friday afternoon that a vehicle used a parking spot to go around her while she was backing out in the 100 block of East Main Street in Washington. The caller wanted the driver counseled. Officers spoke with the suspect. The suspect advised she went around the caller to avoid an accident.

Jacob Quentin Baughman, 16, of Washington, was cited Saturday night in the 2400 block of Highway 92 for fifth-degree theft.
Charges were filed on Jake Wheeler, 14, of Washington, Sunday afternoon in the 500 block of South Highway 1 in Washington for fifth-degree theft.
All other thefts
A large amount of cash was reported stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of 260th Street in Washington, along with a couple of hundred dollars worth of change, a caller reported Friday afternoon. Officers spoke with the caller.
A subject reportedly stole three pairs of shoes from juveniles who were playing in the 800 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington Friday evening. Officers responded. The subject had returned the shoes before officers’ arrival.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $83.14 was reported Saturday night in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington.
Daniel Joseph Smith, 36, was cited March 11 for fifth-degree theft.
A caller in the 900 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington reported Sunday afternoon her purse was stolen that morning. A report will be filed.
A caller in the 300 block of West Washington Street in Brighton reported Friday afternoon his wife was out of control and throwing things inside the house. She had been off her medication. Officers responded.

A caller in the 700 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington reported Sunday morning she was having a physical argument with her mother. Officers responded. Katelyn Nicole Davis, 16, of Washington, was cited for possession of tobacco under the legal age.
Liquor law violations
Cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age Friday night in the 1000 block of Highway 22 in Wellman were Michael Thomas Hall, 18, of Washington; and Jordan James Bell, 19, of Washington.
A caller in the 2400 block of 220th Street in Washington reported Friday evening someone dumped garbage outside of her residence. Officers responded and attempted to make contact with the subject whose name was on the garbage.
A barking dog was reported Friday afternoon in the 500 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman. Officers were unable to locate.

A caller in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported Saturday morning that two subjects came to his residence and said they wanted someone to buy them alcohol. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 700 block of Park Street in Ainsworth reported Sunday morning that someone stole an iPod and cash. The incident was documented. The iPod was recovered.

Family offense non violent
A caller in the 400 block of North Grant Street in Crawfordsville reported Friday morning that she was having issues with her 11-year-old son not wanting to go to school. Officers responded.
Subjects were reported in the parking lot in the 500 block of 11th Street in Kalona screaming at each other Friday afternoon. Iowa State Patrol responded.
A caller in the 900 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Friday evening his 13-year-old daughter left with another subject. The daughter was located and returned home.
A caller in the 400 block of E Avenue in Kalona reported Saturday evening that her 16-year-old son hadn’t come home from school Friday. Officers located the juvenile and returned him to his residence.
Public service contact
A deputy was requested Friday morning in the 1600 block of Highway 22 in Wellman to assist with a student who was being unruly. Officers responded. The student had to be physically removed from the classroom and was turned over to his grandmother.
A caller in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported Friday evening that she couldn’t get ahold of her sister. Officers responded.
A 2-year-old was reported in the middle of Highway 78 in Brighton Saturday morning. Officers responded. The child belonged in the 200 block of North Harrison Street in Brighton. The parents were counseled.
