Jamie Michael Sanford, 34, of Ottumwa, was arrested Monday morning at Highway 22 and Hickory in Wellman for driving under suspension.
Justin Allan Dennis, 20, of Washington, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 400 block of West Jefferson Street in Washington for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
An accident was reported Monday morning at Highway 1 and 270th Street in Washington. No injuries were reported. The vehicles were drivable, but over $1,500 damage was reported.

All other thefts
Items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of E Avenue in Kalona Monday morning. The report was unfounded.
Two ramps were reported missing from a trailer in the 2700 block of Highway 1 in Washington Monday afternoon. The incident was documented.
An officer was requested Monday afternoon in the 500 block of West Madison Street in Washington in reference to a customer who was arguing over a vehicle that had been parked on their lot. The incident was documented. It was a civil matter.
A caller in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Brighton reported Monday night that a subject swung a bat at his 6-year-old son. Officers spoke with all subjects involved.
All other offenses
A bike was reported laying in a yard in the 700 block of East Third Street in Washington Monday evening. It was taken to the bike shed.
Possible suspicious activity was reported Monday morning in the City of Washington. The incident was documented.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 400 block of North Grant Street in Crawfordsville reported Friday morning that she was having issues with her 11-year-old son not wanting to go to school. Officers responded.
Subjects were reported in the parking lot in the 500 block of 11th Street in Kalona screaming at each other Friday afternoon. Iowa State Patrol responded.
A caller in the 900 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Friday evening his 13-year-old daughter left with another subject. The daughter was located and returned home.
A caller in the 400 block of E Avenue in Kalona reported Saturday evening that her 16-year-old son hadn’t come home from school Friday. Officers located the juvenile and returned him to his residence.
Public service contact
A deputy was requested Friday morning in the 1600 block of Highway 22 in Wellman to assist with a student who was being unruly. Officers responded. The student had to be physically removed from the classroom and was turned over to his grandmother.
A caller in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported Friday evening that she couldn’t get ahold of her sister. Officers responded.
A 2-year-old was reported in the middle of Highway 78 in Brighton Saturday morning. Officers responded. The child belonged in the 200 block of North Harrison Street in Brighton. The parents were counseled.
A welfare check was requested Monday afternoon on a subject in the 400 block of West Fifth Street in Washington who had fallen earlier in the day. Officers responded. No problem.
