An accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Officers responded. Information was exchanged.
A CO detector was reported going off Tuesday afternoon in the 700 block of 12th Street in Kalona. Kalona Fire Department and Alliant Energy responded.
A subject was reported Tuesday evening in the 2500 block of 160th Street in Riverside with a BB gun wound to the thigh. It was self-inflicted.
An officer was requested Tuesday morning in the 500 block of South Highway 1 in Washington for a shoplifter. Suspect put items in her purse and took them back out. No charges filed. Subject was advised not to return.

A caller in the 400 block of East Washington Street in Washington reported Tuesday morning misplacing his ID while moving. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Washington reported Tuesday night that some teenagers threw items at his house and caused damage. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.
Loud music was reported coming from a residence in the 600 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington Tuesday night. Officers spoke with the resident.
A caller in the 100 block of East 17th Street in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon that a young girl – about 5 years old — walked past her residence. The caller requested a welfare check on the girl. Officers were unable to locate.
