David Delossantos, 45, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 1100 block of East Main Street in Washington for driving under suspension x5.
A subject reportedly drove recklessly through a DOT work zone in the 1800 block of Highway 1 in Washington Wednesday morning while en route to a fire. The incident was documented. Officers spoke with the supervisor and the party involved. Nothing criminal. Speed was excessive.
A pig building was reported on fire Wednesday morning in the 1600 block of Larch Avenue in Washington. There was livestock inside. Kalona Fire, Wellman fire, Washington Fire, and officers responded. Alliant was notified.
A carbon monoxide detector was reported going off Wednesday morning in the 400 block of East Main Street in Washington. Washington Fire Department, Alliant and officers responded. Medical was requested due to the levels in the house. No transport.
A field fire was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 3000 block of Old White Way in Ainsworth. The fire was reported moving toward an abandoned house. Ainsworth, Crawfordsville and Washington fire departments responded.
Officers advised being en route to the jail from the 2100 block of Highway 1 in Washington for further testing. Ashley Marie Kruse, 20, of Williamsburg was charged with .02 violation.
All other thefts
A bicycle was reported taken from a residence in the 100 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington. The incident was documented. The bike was later located.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $24.92 was reported Wednesday evening in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A caller reported Wednesday morning there was a hole in the back window of her car, which was parked in the 600 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington. An unknown object went through the window. The incident was documented.
A vehicle was reported going through an alley in the 700 block of East Washington Street in Washington Wednesday evening with its horn on. Officers were unable to locate.
All other offenses
A disturbance was reported Thursday morning in the 100 block of North Taylor Street in Brighton. Officers responded.
