Elliott Earl Milam, 32, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested Saturday morning in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside for domestic abuse assault causing injury.
Robert Gatewood, 24, of Coralville, was arrested Saturday afternoon at Fourth and Highway 22 in Wellman on a Johnson County warrant for driving under suspension and failure to appear for show cause on an original violation of domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury.
Diana Lee Rick, 42, of Muscatine, was arrested Saturday evening in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside for failure to appear for mittimus on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Bodhi Paul Eagle, 19, of Washington, was arrested Sunday morning at West Washington and South Iowa Avenue in Washington for OWI.
Harold Wilford Capper, 53, of Keota, was arrested Sunday afternoon in the 1400 block of 190th Street in Keota for driving while barred, OWI and no seatbelt.
An accident was reported Saturday afternoon at East Second and North Seventh in Washington. Information was exchanged. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 1600 block of East Washington Street in Washington reported Sunday afternoon that someone struck his car when he left it there overnight. Officers responded.
Rollin J. Bontrager, 19, of Kalona, was cited Saturday morning at Hickory and Highway 22 in Wellman for driving under suspension.
Tegan Isabelle Rose Thompson, 24, of Hedrick, was cited Sunday afternoon at Cedar Avenue and 180th Street in Keota for driving under suspension and expired registration.
A vehicle was reported on fire Saturday afternoon at Highway 218 and 170th Street in Riverside. Riverside Fire and officers responded. The fire was extinguished.
A caller in the 2500 block of 275th Street in Washington reported Sunday morning his stepson had assaulted him the previous day and left a black eye. The caller requested an order of protection. Officers responded.
All other thefts
A gas drive-off in the amount of $89.44 was reported Friday afternoon in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A bicycle was reported stolen Sunday morning in the 1200 block of North Second Avenue in Washington. The bicycle was reported located in the bike shed and returned to the owner.
Someone reportedly stole a dog Sunday evening in the 300 block of West Washington Street in Brighton. The dog was later found.
A North Liberty police officer reported Sunday night a subject in Washington County was harassing a family in Johnson County. Officers spoke with the subject and advised him to have no further contact.
An officer was requested Friday afternoon in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington in reference to a fight. Charges of disorderly conduct will be filed on Max Goodwin of Washington, Javante Owens of Washington, and Andre Castillo of Washington.

Liquor law violation
Jonathan Lynn Beckler, 14, of Kalona, and Haleigh Denise Oxley, 15, of Keota, was cited Friday night in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Kalona for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
A subject was reported in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington Saturday morning who appeared intoxicated. Officers gave the subject a ride home.
A caller in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported illegal dumping in one of his dumpsters Saturday morning and will attempt to contact the subjects. The incident was documented.
A possible case of animal neglect was reported Friday morning in the 1200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. A verbal warning was given.
A welfare check was requested Sunday afternoon on a German Shepherd in the 600 block of South Eighth Avenue in Washington. The caller reported it was tied out all day and may not have shelter, food and water. Officers left a copy of the ordinance for the owner. They later spoke with the animal’s owner and advised her of the complaint.
About six juveniles were reported at Fourth and East Jefferson in Washington Friday night yelling and being loud. Officers were unable to locate.

Family offense non violent
A caller in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Kalona reported Friday night that her neighbors were fighting. Officers responded. Verbal only.
A caller in the 700 block of South B Avenue in Washington reported Friday afternoon that three subjects showed up at a property they own and were yelling at them and trying to get into a fight. Officers responded. The subjects were advised not to return to the property.
Officers responded Sunday morning to a residence in the 500 block of South C Avenue in Washington in reference to some suspicious items.
Suspicious activity was reported in Washington Sunday afternoon in Central Park in Washington. Officers responded and spoke with three subjects who denied being in the park. The incident was documented.
A subject was reported walking in the 1200 block of Highway 1 in Kalona Sunday evening. Officers responded and gave him a ride.
A van was reported sitting in front of a residence in the 100 block of North 13th Avenue in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
