Chad Eric Swartzendruber, 39, of Victor, was arrested Monday evening in the 200 block of East First Street in Riverside for simple assault and stalking.
Eric Conan Tusing, 25, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 300 block of West Washington Street in Washington for serious assault.
Scott Allen Bliss, 28, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington for supplying alcohol to a person 18 years of age and supplying alcohol to a person under 18 years of age.
Jonna Sue Osborn, 46, of Iowa City, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1200 block of Laura Drive in Iowa City on a DCI warrant for fifth-degree theft.
Chad Eric Swartzendruber, 39, of Victor, was arrested Tuesday evening at North Ella Street and East First Street in Riverside for OWI third offense, open container, no insurance and driving under bar.
A student reportedly hit another vehicle in the 100 block of Westview Drive in Washington Tuesday morning. Officers responded. Under $1,500 damage was reported. Information was exchanged.

Josh Christopher Coustry, 46, of Tiffin, was cited Tuesday evening at Oriole Drive and Highway 22 in Kalona for driving under suspension and expired registration.
Stephanie Nicole Jones, 32, was cited Tuesday evening in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for driving under suspension.
A chimney fire was reported Tuesday morning in the 2300 block of Highway 1 SW in Kalona. Kalona Fire Department responded and assisted. The fire was extinguished.
A caller in the 2900 block of Coppock Road in Washington reported Tuesday morning vandalism to a uniloader. The incident was documented.
A barking dog was reported Wednesday morning in the 400 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.
