Tammie Renee Clark, 50, of Oskaloosa, was arrested Wednesday morning at Ginkgo Avenue and Highway 92 in West Chester for failure to appear to be fingerprinted within 30 days of court on an original charge of harassment.
Rosalene Marie Lowe, 56, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 300 block of East Main Street in Washington for failure to appear for initial on driving under suspension. An additional charge of interference with official acts was added.
Deon Turrell Johnson, 23, of Ainsworth, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 2100 block of Yucca Avenue in Ainsworth for fraudulent use of a debit/credit card and fifth-degree theft.
Tyler Lane Ousey, 19, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Washington for failure to appear on disorderly conduct.
Taetuli Junior Leutele, 21, of Washington, was arrested Thursday morning in the 600 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington for domestic assault causing injury.
Traffic stop serious
Frias Sergio Andrade, 18, of Washington, was cited Wednesday night in the 800 block of East Madison Street in Washington for driving under suspension and no SR22 insurance.
A wrecker was requested Wednesday afternoon in the 300 block of East Main Street in Washington for a vehicle that had been parked over 24 hours. The vehicle was towed.
A possible case of child pornography was reported Wednesday morning in the City of Washington. The incident is under investigation.

A caller reported Wednesday morning that suspicious activity took place in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A loose dog was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 900 block of East Van Buren Street in Washington. Officers responded. The owner was advised if the dog is loose again he would receive a citation.
A caller in the 500 block of South Eighth Avenue in Washington reported Wednesday afternoon having issues with a subject bringing his dog onto her property. Officers attempted to locate the subject.
A barking dog was reported Wednesday morning in the 800 block of 10th Street in Kalona. Officers spoke with both parties. A verbal warning was given.
A caller in the 200 block of North Grant Street in Crawfordsville reported Wednesday afternoon his neighbor was revving an engine. The caller reported this is a constant problem. Officers spoke with the subject and made him aware of the complaint.
All other offenses
A caller in the 300 block of A Place in Kalona reported Wednesday afternoon having a valid no-contact order with a subject and he came into the residence using his key and left. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington requested to speak with an officer in reference to a concern over videos that a student was sharing with others via cell phone. Officers responded.
A welfare check was requested Wednesday morning for a subject in the 300 block of West Washington Street in Washington for a subject who was on the phone with a counselor advising he wants to harm himself. He was possibly intoxicated. Officers responded. The subject denied wanting to harm himself and had a friend with him.

A pickup order was reported Wednesday afternoon for a juvenile in the 1000 block of Second Street in Wellman. Officers responded and transported the subject.
A lift assist was requested Wednesday evening in the 1300 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. The subject was assisted.
