Thomas John Lackender, 28, of Washington, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 2400 block of Sockum Ridge Road in Washington for failure to appear on driving under suspension.
Reuben H. Eicher, 43, of Washington, was arrested Thursday evening in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for OWI and driving under suspension.
A caller in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington reported Thursday afternoon that Daryl Devonte Cole had failed to appear for possession of alcohol underage. The warrant was quashed and removed from the system.
A vehicle was reportedly hit by another vehicle while parked in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington. A photo was taken. The incident was documented.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Thursday evening at 192nd Street and Highway 218 in Ainsworth. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was drivable.
A caller reported Thursday evening that his wife hit a deer in the 3100 block of Highway 1 in Brighton. The vehicle was drivable.
A skid loader was reported blocking the alley at North Fourth Avenue and East Second Street in Washington Thursday evening. Officers responded. The owners had the skid loader moved.

A gas drive-off in the amount of $47 was reported Thursday evening in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Dispatch made contact with the subject, who advised it was an oversight and the bill would be paid.
A vacant house in the 1700 block of 120th Street in Wellman was reported vandalized Thursday morning. Officers responded. A report will be filed.
A dog was reported barking Thursday afternoon in the 400 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The dog was taken inside and a verbal warning was given.
All other offenses
A caller in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported Thursday evening biohazard material was in the parking lot. Officers responded. The item was disposed of.
A subject was reported out of control Thursday night in the 100 block of First Street in Kalona. Officers spoke with all parties. The subject will stay elsewhere for the night.
A caller in the 3000 block of Coppock Road in Washington reported Thursday morning that her daughter received an inappropriate letter from an inmate in the Cook County Jail in Illinois. The incident was documented.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 300 block of West 18th Street in Washington requested to speak with an officer Thursday afternoon in reference to an incident with her granddaughter. Officers responded. The subject will stay with a friend for the evening.
A juvenile was reported out of control Thursday night in the 1500 block of 155th Street in Wellman. Officers responded. The situation was resolved.
A caller in the 1000 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington reported Thursday afternoon that her daughter left the residence on foot again. Officers located the juvenile and transported her to the police department. The juvenile was released to her mother.
