Ryan Allen Craig, 19, of Iowa City, was arrested Thursday evening in the 200 block of East Sixth Street in Washington on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear for rule to show cause.
A semi truck and trailer reportedly ran into the overhang of a building in the 200 block of Fifth Street in Kalona. The incident was documented.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Thursday night in the 3100 block of Highway 218 in Crawfordsville. The vehicle was not drivable. The caller will make arrangements to have the vehicle towed.
Traffic stop serious
Jaclyn Danielle Smith, 24, of Fairfield, was cited into court Thursday night at Riverside Road and 220th Street in Washington for driving under suspension.
Jeremy Lee Kleinmeyer, 31, of Toddville, was cited Thursday for violation of a school bus stop arm.
A utility pole was reported on fire Friday morning at Riverside road and 200th Street in Washington. Washington Fire Department, officers and Alliant Energy responded.
A property in the 3300 block of 190th Street in Columbus Junction was reported burglarized Thursday afternoon. Officers spoke with the caller.
Property was reported stolen Thursday morning from a shed in the 400 block of First Avenue in Wellman. Officers responded. The incident was documented.

A caller in the 700 block of F Avenue in Kalona reported Thursday morning that they had a student who had stolen items from the school. The parent had brought the items back. Officers responded. The juvenile was counseled.
A group of juveniles was reported trashing the bathrooms in the 1100 block of E Avenue in Kalona Thursday afternoon. The caller had tried speaking to adults and they were not doing anything about it. The city administrator was called and advised he took care of the problem.
A caller in the 800 block of North Sixth Avenue in Washington reported Thursday morning that she was being harassed over a family issue. She requested officers contact a subject and request she stopped texting.
A subject reportedly threatened the caller’s son with bodily harm Thursday night in the 400 block of East Main Street in Brighton. Officers spoke with a suspect, who denied any contact with the son. The incident was documented.
A bat was reported in a house in the 1600 block of Highway 92 in West Chester Thursday night.
Two bats were reported in a house in the 800 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington. Officers responded to assist.
A loud party was reported Thursday night in the 500 block of East 13th Street in Washington. Officers responded. The subjects were not being loud. No problem.
Subjects were reported being loud Friday morning in the 300 block of West Third Street in Washington. Officers responded and spoke with a couple of subjects and advised them of the complaint. They agreed to wind down for the evening.
A subject reported Friday morning that the door to a business in the 200 block of Fifth Street in Kalona was open and she heard someone yell a name.
A caller in the 100 block of South Seventh Avenue in Washington reported Thursday evening that her 12-year-old daughter was missing a possibly with another juvenile in Washington. The daughter was located and returned to the residence.
