Curtis Virgil Null, 49, of Brighton, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 2300 block of 220th Street in Washington for driving under revocation and operation without owner’s consent.
Tyler James Fleagle, 25, of Keota, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at Cedar east of Highway 92 in Keota on a warrant for contempt of court.
Katelin Marie Hawkins, 20, of Ainsworth, was arrested Monday evening in the 100 block of East Madison Street in Washington for probation revocation.
Marjorie Luanne Nash, 42, of Wellman, was arrested Wednesday night in the 700 block of East 15th Street in Washington for violation of a no-contact order.
Aaron Michael Jaspering, 28, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday night in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington for fifth degree theft.
A caller in the 3300 block of Locust Avenue in Wayland reported Wednesday afternoon his parked vehicle was damaged. The incident was documented.
A vehicle reportedly struck a telephone pole Wednesday night in the 200 block of Wiley Street in Washington. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A caller at Third Street and Sixth Avenue in Wellman reported Wednesday afternoon having a couple of encounters with a subject in a vehicle. The caller reported the subject had almost struck him due to his driving habits. The subject had run a stop sign and almost caused an accident. Officers counseled the subject.
A caller in the 700 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington reported being assaulted Wednesday evening. The incident is under investigation.
All other thefts
A set of golf clubs, a school bag, a black windbreaker and a water bottle were reported stolen Wednesday evening at Poplar and Nutmeg in Kalona. Officers spoke with the caller. A report will be filed.
Damage was reported done to a ditch Wednesday morning in the 2800 block of 130th Street in Riverside. Officers spoke with the registered owner. He will contact the engineer’s office to make restitution arrangements.
Horses were reported in the 300 block of West Street in West Chester Wednesday afternoon with no food or water. Officers responded. The horses had plenty of grass and water.
A subject was reported revving a vehicle engine Wednesday evening in the 900 block of South Second Avenue in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
All other offenses
An alarm was reported Thursday morning in the 400 block of B Avenue in Kalona. Officers and the landlord responded. No problem.
Family offense non violent
A family problem was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 500 block of South B Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The caller was advised to stay home for the evening or public intoxication charges would be filed.
A caller in the 1200 block of Parkside Estates Road in Washington reported Wednesday evening that her sister had her daughter and was refusing to return her. Officers responded.
A suspicious item was reported Wednesday afternoon at West Fifth Street and North F Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. Unfounded.
A caller in the 600 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman reported Wednesday afternoon locating an item in her garage she wanted to turn over to a deputy. Officers responded.
