Arrests
Dyan Marie Lee-Brown, 35, of Wellman, was arrested Friday morning in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for probation violation on child endangerment.
Amy Erin Booth, 32, of West Chester, was arrested Friday morning in the 2200 block of Ivy Avenue in West Chester for fourth-degree theft.
Kevin Dale Sexton, 45, of Keota, was arrested Saturday morning in the 4500 block of Melrose Avenue in Iowa City for failure to appear to serve mittimus on an original charge of driving under suspension.
Corrine Janis Aicher, 45, of Ainsworth, was arrested Saturday morning in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington on a warrant for possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture.
Justin Jamill West, 28, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested Saturday morning at Rose Street in Riverside for operating while intoxicated.
Micheal Brad Knuth, 21, of Sigourney, was arrested Saturday morning in the 700 block of South Shuffleton in Sigourney on a warrant for a pretrial violation on sex abuse.
Tyler Lee Radenburg, 23, of Washington, was arrested Saturday night in the 500 block of East Seventh Street in Washington for OWI. James Earl Roberts of Washington was cited at the same time and location for fifth-degree theft.
Charles Robert Sage, 62, of Washington, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington for third-degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child and indecent contact with a child.
Stewart Lewis Holloway, 21, of West Burlington, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for failure to appear on a charge of driving under revocation.
Holly Sue Glisan, 47, of Washington, was arrested Monday night in the 1400 block of 250th Street in Washington for probation violation on two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Traffic accidents
A vehicle was reported in a ditch Friday afternoon on Spruce north of Highway 92 in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Friday afternoon at 220th in Washington. The deer was off the roadway. The vehicle was drivable.
A caller reported hitting a deer Friday afternoon on G36 by Waters Edge. Officers responded.
A caller reported running over a deceased deer Friday evening on G36 by Waters Edge in Washington. The incident was documented.
A vehicle was reported in a ditch Friday night on Highway 22 east of Kalona. Officers responded. A state accident report will be filed. The vehicle was towed.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Saturday afternoon in the 1200 block of Riverside Road in Riverside. A state accident report will be filed.
A vehicle reportedly hit a deer Saturday evening on Highway 218 in Ainsworth. The incident was documented.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Saturday night at West van Buren and South B Avenue in Washington. Under $1,500 damage was reported. Gemartino Marcelino, 16, of Washington, was cited for failure to maintain control.
A caller reported striking a deer Saturday night in the 2600 block of Ginkgo Avenue. The incident was documented.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Sunday morning in the 400 block of Highways 1 and 92 in Washington. Officers responded. A deer tag was issued.
A caller reported hitting a deer Sunday morning on Old 92. The incident was documented.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Sunday evening in the 2800 block of Highway 1. The incident was documented.
A car vs. deer accident was reported Sunday evening on Highway 218 in Ainsworth. The incident was documented.

A two-vehicle accident was reported Monday evening in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. Information was exchanged.

Intoxicated driver
A possibly intoxicated driver was reported Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman. Officers were unable to locate.

Traffic other
A school bus stop arm violation was reported Friday afternoon in the 1200 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A truck was reported parked in the 200 block of South B Avenue in Washington and it had been there for at least six weeks. The plates were expired and the tires were flat. Officers chalked the tires.
A vehicle was reported partially blocking a driveway in the 300 block of East Madison Street in Washington. The owner was contacted.

Fire calls
A brush fire was reported out of control Friday morning and going into a field in the 2000 block of 140th Street in Kalona. Kalona Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.
Smoke was reported coming from a house in the 800 block of East Van Buren Street in Washington Saturday afternoon. Washington Fire Department and Ainsworth Fire Department responded.

Sexual child abuse
A search warrant was reported executed Monday afternoon in the 200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. The incident was documented.

Fraud
Someone reportedly accessed a bank account of a subject in the 1400 block of Elm Avenue in Wellman.

Burglary
A caller in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona reported Saturday morning someone broke the lock off his door. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 1600 block of 335th Street in Brighton reported Saturday evening the attic light was on, the front door and the attic door were both locked. Items were thrown around. The incident was documented.

All other thefts
A theft from a residence in the 500 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington was reported Friday afternoon. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.
A cell phone was reported stolen Friday afternoon in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the school.
A laptop computer was reported missing from a classroom in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington Friday afternoon. The incident was documented.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $33 was reported Saturday afternoon in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.

Vandalism
A lock box was reported vandalized Monday morning in the 500 block of C Avenue in Kalona. The incident was documented.
A mailbox in the 300 block of West Lincoln Street in Washington was reported run over by juveniles driving too fast.

Intimidation/harassment
A caller in the 1600 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington requested Friday afternoon for harassment charges to be filed on a neighboring subject. Officers responded. A verbal warning was given.
A report of harassment was received Saturday night in the 3100 block of West Point Circle in Riverside. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 300 block of West 18th Street in Washington requested extra patrol Sunday night due to her ex-husband making threats.
A subject wanted out of Johnson County was reported in a court hearing in the 200 block of West Main Street in Washington Monday morning. Subject was released per judge against Johnson County’s wishes.

Disorderly conduct
A subject was reported out of control Monday afternoon in the 800 block of South Second Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.

Public intoxication
An intoxicated person was reported trying to leave a business in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Washington Saturday morning. Officers spoke with the subject and advised him to get a room and sleep it off.

Liquor law violations
Kendra Ruth Graber, 17, of North English, was cited Saturday night at North Junction Highway 1 and 92 for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
An underage party was reported Sunday morning in the 2300 block of 170th Street in Kalona. Officers spoke with a homeowner who advised it was all adults and the party was over. The homeowner refused to allow deputies inside.
Officers will file a juvenile alcohol complaint on a subject in the 300 block of Fifth Street in Wellman Sunday morning. The parents were contacted.
An officer was requested Monday afternoon in the 1000 block of East Washington Street in Washington for a PBT.

Animal complaints
An officer was requested Friday afternoon in the 800 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington for assistance with a bat in the caller’s basement. Officers responded.
Two dogs were reported loose Friday afternoon in the 100 block of North Seventh Avenue in Washington. This is an ongoing issue. Officers responded. The dogcatcher picked up one dog. Owner advised someone opened the back of the kennel and let them out. The incident was documented.
A barking dog was reported Monday morning in the 400 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the owner.
Two deer tags were requested Monday evening on Highway 22 in Kalona. The tags were issued.

A dog was reported barking Friday evening in the 700 block of South Sixth Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Angela Freese, 39, of Ainsworth, was cited Sunday afternoon in the 400 block of Washington Street in Ainsworth for allowing a dog to bark.

DP&Q
Loud music was reported coming from a business in the 500 block of East Seventh Street in Washington Saturday night. Officers responded.

All other offenses
A 7-year-old student was reportedly not at school on time for the second day in a row. Officers located the child in the 800 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington. The child was taken to school.
A possible violation of a no-contact order was reported Sunday afternoon in the 200 block of Franklin Street in West Chester. Officers responded. Unfounded.
A bicycle was reported in an alley in the 500 block of South D Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. It had been reported stolen. The owner was contacted.
People were reported going door-to-door Monday afternoon in the 100 block of South Farmer Street in Brighton. Officers advised them to get a permit.
A bike was reported found Monday afternoon at West Tyler and South C Avenue in Washington. It was taken to the bike shed.
Two subjects were reported selling vacuum cleaners in the 900 block of South Second Avenue in Washington. Officers advised them to move on.

Family offense non violent
A possible violation of a no-contact order was reported Friday evening in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona. Officers responded. Unfounded.

Suspicious activity
A caller reported Saturday morning hearing someone outside. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
A suspicious van was reported Sunday morning in the 800 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.
A suspicious vehicle was reported Sunday morning in the 200 block of 10th Avenue in Wellman. Officers were unable to locate.
A worker at a facility in the 500 block of Third Street in Kalona reported Sunday morning hearing someone possibly trying to get in. Officers responded.
A subject with hunting clothes and a dog was reported walking in a ditch in the 3300 block of Juniper Avenue in Brighton. Officers spoke with the caller and explained the hunting laws.
A door was reported open to a residence in the 100 block of Third Street in Ainsworth. Officers located the resident.

Welfare check
A welfare check was requested Saturday night on a subject in the 500 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
