Diego Regaldo Andrade, 19, of Washington, was arrested Monday afternoon at Ginkgo and 190th in West Chester for driving under suspension x10 and no proof of insurance.
David Sebastian Riness, 19, of Washington, was arrested Monday evening in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington on a warrant for fifth-degree theft.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Monday morning in the 2500 block of 320th Street in Crawfordsville. There were no injuries and the car was drivable. Officers were advised. The incident was documented.
A subject reportedly backed out of a parking space in the 100 block of North Second Avenue in Washington Monday morning and struck a parked vehicle. Officers responded. Information was exchanged.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon at North Iowa and Third Street in Washington. Officers responded. An ambulance was requested to check out one patient. Amanda Shultz of Ainsworth was cited for operating a non-registered vehicle. Bobby Robertson of Riverside was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
A two-vehicle accident with no injuries was reported Monday evening in the 1200 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman. Officers responded. Under $1,500 damage was reported. Information was exchanged.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Monday night in the 1600 block of 130th Street in Wellman. Officers responded and issued a deer tag.
Dalton Wesley Wayne Nichols, 17, of Washington, was cited Nov. 14 for unlawful passing of a school bus.
A propane tank was reported leaking Monday evening in the 1100 block of 520th Street in Wellman. Wellman Fire Department responded. The valve was closed.

A bike was reported missing Monday morning in the 500 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded with the caller to the bike shed. The bike was returned.
A caller in the 300 block of Fifth Street in Kalona reported vandalism to his mailbox Monday afternoon. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of North Fifth Street in Ainsworth requested officers to speak with two subjects who were harassing the caller and his daughter. Officers spoke with both parties and advised them to have no further contact.
A caller in the 800 block of South B Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon a subject was on his property taking pictures. After asking him to leave, the subject became vulgar and started to argue with the caller. Officers spoke with a real estate company in Iowa City, which will handle the situation with the employee.
A caller reported Monday evening losing several hogs out of the back of the semi he was driving in the 2800 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Seth Adam Talbot, 29, of Washington, was cited Nov. 13 for allowing a dog to attack another domestic animal.
Loud music was reported Monday evening in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 1200 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Friday evening that her mom’s phone had been busy all day. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
A subject was reported beating a pumpkin on a car Sunday evening in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue in Kalona. Officers responded. No problem.
A young boy, about 18 months old, was reported alone Monday afternoon in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington. Officers responded. The 10-year-old brother was with the toddler. No problem.
