Jose Sebastian Delarosa, 18, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington for disorderly conduct.
Greg Joseph Dolan, 49, of Iowa City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Coralville on a warrant for probation violation on prohibited acts.
Michael Scott Feldpausch of Bettendorf was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for absence of custody.
Jessie Manuel Ramos, 41, of North Las Vegas, Nev., was arrested Wednesday night in the 200 block of East Main Street in Washington for disorderly conduct.
A charge of simple assault was filed Wednesday morning on Mark Howard Bailey, 13, of Washington.
Two counts of simple assault were filed Wednesday evening on Patrick Osborn, 17, of Washington.
A vehicle was reported sitting along the roadside on G56 and Violet Avenue Wednesday afternoon and it had been there for a few days. Officers left a message with the owner.
A caller in the 300 block of Blackberry Avenue in Riverside reported Wednesday afternoon noticing an account opened for Verizon on her credit report which was turned over to a collection agency. The incident was documented.

A caller in the 1300 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington reported Wednesday night a subject stole $100 from her locked vehicle. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 2700 block of 260th Street in Washington reported Wednesday afternoon receiving a threat from a subject. The incident was documented. The caller was advised to obtain a no-contact order.
Liquor law violations
Jose L. Vazquez-Ramirez, 33, of Columbus Junction, was cited Thursday morning in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington for open container.
Two dogs were reported in the rain with no shelter Wednesday afternoon in the 400 block of Lincoln Street in Ainsworth. Officers responded. No dogs were outside on arrival.
A caller reported Wednesday afternoon he had gotten a deer tag and on return to the deer, he saw two subjects removing the head. The caller later requested a deer tag for a deer that had been struck.
A caller reported hitting a deer Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of 190th Street in Keota. A deer tag was issued.
A caller reported Wednesday morning hearing banging and yelling in the 400 block of West Jefferson Street in Washington. Officers responded. Verbal only.
Loud music was reported coming from an apartment in the 600 block of East Washington Street in Washington Wednesday night. Officers responded. No loud music was playing on arrival. The subject advised he didn’t have loud music playing.

An officer was requested Wednesday afternoon in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington for a potentially unruly parent at the parent-teacher conferences.
A subject in a vehicle was reported taking pictures of a residence in the 500 block of North C Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. No problem. Subjects were there on behalf of a financial institution.
A caller in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue in Kalona reported Wednesday night a subject had been walking around the outside of her residence acting suspiciously. The subject advised he was looking for the caller’s daughter’s ex-boyfriend. Officers were unable to locate.
