Glenn Allen Dickerson Jr., 29, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 100 block of South Second Avenue in Washington for harassment.
Shane Robert Waltman, 27, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at North Second and East Third Avenue in Washington for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A truck driving at a high rate of speed reportedly flipped on its side Tuesday morning in the 2600 block of Nutmeg Avenue in Washington. The driver was out of the vehicle and said he was fine. Under $1,500 damage was reported.

A caller reported Tuesday evening almost striking a semi with a mobile home on a trailer parked at 150th and Spruce Avenue in Riverside. She believed the load had shifted. Officers responded. The semi was backed into a farm drive until the fog lifts.

Cody Michael Hughes, 19, of Washington, was cited Wednesday morning in the 500 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington for possession of alcohol under legal age.
A vehicle was reported sitting in a driveway in the 1600 block of Highway 1 in Kalona with its door open and keys in the ignition. A German Shepherd was asleep in the back seat. Officers responded. The owner will retrieve the vehicle.
A subject was reported in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington asking patrons for money and other items. Officers responded. The subject was advised to move on.
