Dennis Woodrow Hicks, 41, of Crawfordsville, was arrested Monday morning in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Washington for disorderly conduct and speeding.
Casey Jonathan Lloyd, 29, of Washington, was arrested Monday morning in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jose Angel Urias Jr., 22, of Winfield, was arrested Monday morning at Highway 218 and 320th Street for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending for OWI. Urias was also cited for failure to give a continuous turn signal. Halee Elizabeth Wood, 20, of Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at the same time and location for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A vehicle was reported damaged in a hit-and-run accident Monday morning in the 1700 block of East Washington Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A traffic accident with injuries was reported Tuesday morning at Highway 92 and Spruce.
A vehicle was reported sitting along the side of the road in the 1300 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington Monday afternoon and it had been there since Thursday. Officers responded. A subject arrived with a gas can and got the vehicle moved.
Sexual child abuse
A possible case of sexual child abuse was reported Monday morning in the City of Washington. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.
All other thefts
Guns and a compound bow were reported stolen Monday afternoon in the 2900 block of Ginkgo Avenue in Brighton. A report will be filed.
A caller in the 700 block of C Avenue in West Point reported Monday morning receiving harassing, threatening messages from a subject in Washington. Officers spoke with all parties involved. The incident was documented.
A lot of screaming and banging was reported in a residence in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona Monday night. Officers responded. A mother and daughter were having a verbal argument. The problem was resolved.
A large black dog was reported running loose in the 300 block of Cedar Street in West Chester. Officers spoke with the caller and gave him a verbal warning.
A dog was reported barking Monday morning in the 1600 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers did not notice the dog barking. An officer will attempt to contact the owner.
A subject was reported missing Monday afternoon in the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman. The subject was entered as missing. The subject was later located and returned to her mother.
A welfare check was requested Monday evening on a subject in the 100 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
