Megan Marie Bruty, 18, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1000 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington on a warrant for domestic abuse.
Rollin J. Bontrager, 19, of Kalona, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 100 block of E Avenue in Kalona for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An accident was reported Tuesday afternoon at Highways 218 and 22 in Riverside. Riverside QRS and Riverside Fire responded. Damage was over $1,500. Georgia Pardall of West Point was cited for failure to yield to a vehicle on the right.

Dispatch reported Tuesday morning speaking to a subject in the 100 block of West Washington Street in Washington who was having an altercation with her juvenile son. Officers responded. Bernardo Sanchez, 16, of Washington, was charged with simple assault.

An officer was requested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of North D Avenue in Washington to assist removing a bat. Officers responded.

A caller in the 300 block of North C Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon someone was possibly trying to get into her window at her residence. Officers responded. Unfounded.
A welfare check was requested on a subject in the 1500 block of North Second Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. Contact was made.
A welfare check was requested on a subject in the 1700 block of 315th Street in Brighton. Officers responded. Everything was fine.
A caller in the 900 block of North Seventh Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday morning that her son gave a subject a $100 bill on Nov. 14 to purchase him a couple of items at the store. The subjects never returned the items or the money. The incident was documented.
