Scott Dean Powers, 35, of What Cheer, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 1600 block of Highway 92 in West Chester for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
A vehicle reportedly hit a horse Friday morning in the 1300 block of Highway 22 in Wellman. Under $1,500 damage was reported.

A stop sign was reported run over Sunday morning in the 2500 block of Juniper Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Brakes were reported disabled on a vehicle in the 1700 block of Highway 78 in Brighton and items were reported stolen from inside Monday morning. Officers responded. It was a civil issue.
A caller in the 500 block of 11th Street in Kalona reported Friday morning receiving verbal threats. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Subjects were reported standing in the 1800 block of 250th Street in Washington Saturday afternoon with guns, possibly hunting. Officers responded. The issue was resolved.

All other offenses
A caller in the 600 block of Third Street in Wellman reported Monday morning that their paycheck was mailed to their mother’s residence and they haven’t received it. There is a valid no-contact order. The mother agreed to meet the caller in a spot that didn’t violate the no-contact order. The issue was resolved.
A suspicious vehicle was reported Friday afternoon at Kiwi and 240th in Washington driving slowly up and down the roadway. Subjects were possibly hunting from the vehicle. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller reported Sunday afternoon that a subject had lifted up a panel on a light post in the 1100 block of Enterprise Drive in Riverside Sunday afternoon and placed something there. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
