Mikala Ann Cicalo, 18, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 1200 block of Highway 218 in Riverside for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI.
Deon Turrell Johnson, 22, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington for assault with injury and disorderly conduct.
Cara Sue Fisher, 29, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 200 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington for simple assault.
Ryan Lee Jones, 20, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 800 block of South C Avenue in Washington for violating a no-contact order.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Wednesday morning at Highway 218 and 140th Street in Riverside. The incident was documented.
A vehicle in the 2500 block of Underwood Avenue in Ainsworth was reported damaged Wednesday morning while it was parked. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 1100 block of East Main Street in Washington reported Wednesday evening that her 13-year-old son was playing with a lighter in the garage and caught some items on fire. The fire was extinguished, but the caller wanted someone to make sure it wouldn’t rekindle. Officers responded. The situation was resolved.
A caller in the 700 block of First Street in Wellman reported Wednesday evening that her 20-year-old daughter was out of control and had assaulted her and her other daughters. No injuries were reported and no weapon was involved. Officers and the Iowa State Patrol responded. Parties did not want to file charges. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 100 block of West Main Street in Washington reported Wednesday morning a scam on a Web site involving a home she has for sale. The incident is under investigation.
All other thefts
A bike was reported stolen Wednesday morning in the 100 block of East Main Street in Washington. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A laptop computer and some change were reported missing from a residence in the 500 block of West Monroe Street in Washington. Officers responded.
A residence in the 300 block of East Second Street in Washington was reported entered Wednesday evening while the caller was not home. Officers responded. Numerous items were reported taken. A report will be filed.
Two bicycles and an air conditioner were reported taken from a residence in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Brighton. Officers spoke with the caller. It was a civil issue.
All other offenses
A caller reported Thursday morning seeing a person standing on Highway 92 east of 218 in Ainsworth. Officers responded.
