Aaron Wayne Neuzil, 26, of Kalona, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 900 block of Eighth Street in Kalona for probation violation on possession of a controlled substance.
Melissa Dawn Lonski, 30, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1400 block of 315th Street in Brighton for possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture.
Aaron Michael Jaspering, 29, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 500 block of South Third Avenue in Washington for possession of a controlled substance without affixed tax stamp.
Theodore Allen Batemon, 43, of Waterloo, was arrested Tuesday night at Highway 92 and Underwood in Ainsworth for driving under suspension.
Destiny Elizabeth Quintanilla, 18, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 100 block of South B Avenue in Washington on a warrant for operating without the owner’s consent.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Tuesday morning in the 2100 block of Highway 92 in Washington. No injuries were reported. Officers were advised.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday morning in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Officers responded. Information was exchanged.
An accident was reported Tuesday afternoon at South Ninth Avenue and Washington Street in Washington. Officers responded. A citation is pending.
Jacob Michael Mooney, 20, of New Albin, was cited Tuesday night at 250th and Buckeye in Keota for a .02 violation. Cody James Beisker, 21, of Waukon, was cited at the same time and location for open container.
A vehicle was reported all over the roadway Tuesday morning in the 200 block of East Fountain Street in Brighton and almost hit a bus and a semi head-on. The vehicle pulled into a business. Officers and Brighton QRS responded. The driver was tired. The license will be sent for re-evaluation.
A fuel leak was reported Tuesday evening in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona. Kalona Fire Department responded.
A caller reported Tuesday night being assaulted in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona. Officers responded. Charges are pending.

Construction material was reported missing Tuesday morning in the 100 block of Lake Darling Road in Brighton. Officers spoke with the caller.
An iPad was reported missing from a room in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington Tuesday morning. Officers responded.
A caller reported Tuesday morning losing her wallet with her Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals badge in it while doing inspections in the City of Washington. Officers were advised.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $10.01 was reported Tuesday night in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 2600 block of Wayland Road in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon two juveniles were harassing his son on Facebook. This stems from an assault that occurred the previous day. Officers spoke with all subjects. The incident was documented.
Subjects were reported Tuesday evening antagonizing the caller’s son in the 100 block of West Fountain Street in Brighton. Officers spoke with all parties.
Three cats were reported running loose Tuesday afternoon in the 1200 block of North Third Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.
An injured deer was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 1400 block of West Main Street in Washington. Officers responded.
A vicious dog was reported Tuesday evening in the 600 block of East Washington Street in Washington. The caller reported that the dog had attacked his friends. No injuries were reported. Officers responded. Officers will submit records to city attorney for a civil infraction.
A caller reported Tuesday afternoon three or four underage smokers were in Central Park in Washington. Officers responded. The smokers were of age.
Loud music was reported coming from a residence in the 600 block of East Washington Street in Washington Tuesday night. Officers responded. The music was turned down.

A bicycle was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. It was taken to the bike shed.
A caller in the 200 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon that a vehicle pulled in front of the store and subjects in the vehicle were staring into the business at customers. The subjects also honked an air horn. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
A caller in the 1400 block of West Fifth Street in Washington reported Tuesday night hearing what appeared to be young children playing on the construction equipment. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 100 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon being served a 3-day eviction notice and her belongings were by the dumpster. Officers spoke with the caller. She believed the landlord entered the apartment before the 3-day notice was up. The incident was documented.
