William John Goodwin, 34, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday night in the 800 block of South Third Avenue in Washington for two counts of simple assault.
Tyler Scott Hawk, 23, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 900 block of South 11th Street in Washington for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Kasey Mark Lyon, 53, of Keota, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington on a warrant for pretrial violation on sex offender violation.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Officers, Washington County Rescue, and Washington County Ambulance responded. One subject was transported to the Washington County Hospital. Mary Guyann Humphrey of Washington, was cited for failure to yield while turning left.

A caller in the 600 block of West Adams Street in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon receiving harassing messages on Facebook. Officers advised the caller to block the subject. The incident was documented.
A horse with a fly mask was reported Tuesday evening in the 2300 block of Spruce Avenue in Washington and did not appear to have food or water. Officers spoke with the owners. The horse appeared to be fine.
A caller in the 100 block of South B Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday night subjects were in his attic. Officers responded. Unfounded.

A caller in the 400 block of Lincoln Street in Ainsworth reported Tuesday evening receiving mail at his residence in someone else’s name. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 1000 block of East Third Street in Washington reported Tuesday night that she was getting privately marked calls on her cell phone and she believed she heard banging at her residence. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
