Richard Bruce Campbell, 25, of Keokuk, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington on a Lee County warrant for conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance.
Grant Tyler Troyer, 30, of North English, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 300 block of First Street in Kalona for failure to appear for initial on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
Kasey Mark Lyon, 53, incarcerated in the Washington County Jail, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for simple assault.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon at North Seventh and East Jefferson Street in Washington. James Walter Leet of Washington was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
Officers responded Monday morning being en route to the Washington County Jail with a subject who was sentenced for immediate incarceration following a hearing. Justin Wayne Milam, 28, of West Chester, was charged with contempt/probation violation on an original charge of eluding.
A caller in the 500 block of South 11th Avenue in Washington reported Monday evening his girlfriend struck him in the face. Officers responded. Caller didn’t want to press charges.
The Kirkwood building site was reportedly broken into overnight, a caller reported Monday morning. Officers responded. A report will be filed.

A caller in the 1600 block of 335th Street in Brighton reported Monday night that someone stole a cattle panel and gate from his farm property. Officers were advised.
A fight was reported Monday morning in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington. Charges of disorderly conduct will be filed on Timothy Daniel Fluharty Jr., 15, of Brighton.
A caller in the 500 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon that his 17-year-old nephew was out of control. Officers responded. The subject calmed down.
Loud music was reported coming from a residence in the 200 block of West Main Street in Washington Monday night. Officers spoke with the subjects.

An abandoned bicycle was reported Monday afternoon in the 200 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Officers responded. It was taken to the bike shed.
Subjects were reported riding four-wheelers Monday evening in the 300 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. Problem resolved.
Suspicious activity was reported at a residence in the 1400 block of Nutmeg Avenue in Kalona Monday afternoon. Officers responded.
