Tanja Jeann Lloyd, 19, of Washington, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of East Second Street in Washington on a warrant for credit card forgery.
Donta Dmichael Lindsey, 30, of Washington, was arrested Thursday evening in the 600 block of East Washington Street in Washington on a warrant for failure to appear on disorderly conduct.
An accident involving an ambulance and a parked vehicle was reported Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. Contact information was left.

A bicycle was reported stolen Thursday morning in the 400 block of South Jefferson Street in Brighton. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Washington reported Thursday evening hearing her back door close. She discovered her cell phone was missing. The incident is under investigation.
Someone reportedly threw a rock through a window at a residence in the 400 block of A Avenue in Kalona Thursday morning. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 500 block of West Fifth Street in Washington reported Thursday afternoon receiving harassing text messages from her husband, from whom she is separated. Officers spoke with the caller and attempted to contact the husband.
An altercation was reported Thursday night in the 70 block of West First Street in Riverside. A caller reported a subject had slapped him, so he punched the subject twice. The parties were separated. Officers spoke with both parties and advised them to cease further contact.
A dog was reported crossing the street in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street in Washington and scaring some children. Officers responded. A warning was given for allowing a dog to roam at large.

Officers reported assisting the Department of Human Services on an investigation Thursday afternoon in the 3300 block of 240th Street in Ainsworth. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of East Madison Street in Washington reported property being turned over to the police department for safe keeping Thursday evening. The item will be kept in evidence.
A deputy was requested Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of North Grant Street in Crawfordsville in reference to suspicious activity involving the caller’s computer. Spam activity resolved.
A subject was reported lying on the shoulder of the roadway in the 2400 block of Highways 1 and 92 in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
