Polishville center plans June events

Polishville Community Center has announced its June events.

A free dance in honor of Dan and Hazel Greiner’s 60th wedding anniversary is set for Sunday. The Goodman/Anders Band of North English and Newhall will be providing the music. Food will be for sale at 4:30 p.m., and dancing will be from 6 to 9 p.m.

A second dance, with Lyle Beaver of Iowa City providing the music, is set for June 16. Food will be available at 4:30 p.m., and dancing will be from 6 to 9 p.m.

Bingo is set for June 3 and June 17. At both events, food will be available at 4:30 p.m., and games will begin at 5:45 p.m.

The dances and bingo games are open to the public, and people of all ages can attend.
