Riverboat Foundation announces second quarter municipal grants

The Washington County Riverboat Foundation (WCRF) announces nine second-quarter city grant awards totaling $227,199.09 through its Municipal Grant program.
WCRF Municipal Grant program distributes 25 percent of its total revenues directly to the cities in Washington County based on population. For 2014, WCRF has distributed $416,761.23 to the nine cities in Washington County and $6,369,788.43 in Municipal Grants since its inception. These funds are programmed by each city council.
Second quarter grant amounts totaling $227,199.09 follow: City of Ainsworth, $9,428.76; City of Brighton, $10,837.39; City of Coppock, $227.20; City of Crawfordsville, $4,384.94; City of Kalona, $39,237.29; City of Riverside, $16,494.65; City of Washington, $120,756.32; City of Wellman, $23,401.51; City of West Chester, $2,431.03.
2014 awards totaling $416,761.23 are: City of Ainsworth, $17,295.59; City of Brighton, $19,879.50; City of Coppock, $416.76; City of Crawfordsville, $8,043.49; City of Kalona, $71,974.67; City of Riverside, $30,256.86; City of Washington, $221,508.60; City of Wellman, $42,926.41; City of West Chester, $4,459.35.
Amounts granted since inception, totaling $6,369,788.43, are: City of Ainsworth, $256,554.34; City of Brighton, $316,653.64; City of Coppock, $6,606.84; City of Crawfordsville, $132,581.47; City of Kalona, $1,097,285.99; City of Riverside, $451,952.27; City of Washington, 0$3,374,786.19; City of Wellman, $661,068.06; City of West Chester, $72,299.63.
