The Washington County Riverboat Foundation will meet at the West Chester Community Center at 6 p.m. on March 20, 2013. This is a public meeting.

The tentative agenda includes: public comments; approve minutes of Jan. 17, 2013, meeting (previously e-mailed to board members for review, and copy also posted); correspondence; report of treasurer; committee reports; recommendation and possible approval of legal counsel for 2013; set amounts of grants and procedures for 2013; discussion and approval on procedure for director replacements; approval of application for director; comments by members of the board; and set time, place, and suggestion for agenda of next meeting. The Foundation reserves the right to limit public comments to three minutes per citizen.
