KEOTA — Robert E. “Bob” Baughman, 86, formerly of Keota, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, in Augusta, Ga.

            Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota with the Rev. Frances Baumert officiating. Burial will be at Brethren Cemetery in rural South English. Visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for the Keota VFW Post 4716. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling the arrangements.
