DUBUQUE — Thomas Lee Powers, 70, of Dubuque, formerly of Washington, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at his home.
Visitation was held Sunday, Nov. 4, at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home in Dubuque. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Tom was such a happy person..  I would see him when he walked to and from work . he always said hello ...so pleasant.. you don't see that many happy people and he was one of them.. sad he is not gracing his families lives anymore.. Jo-Ann Zager

Barb,  I was so saddened to hear of Tom's passing.  He was such a neat-jovial guy with a big heart and an infectious laugh!!  I have you in my thoughts and prayers.     Bill Westphal
