To the best of their ability
Three newly elected county supervisors, the county auditor, deputy and county sheriff were sworn into office Wednesday morning during the first board of supervisors meeting in 2013. Magistrate Dan Kitchen administered the oaths of office to supervisors Stan Stoops, Jack Seward and Bob Yoder; auditor Dan Widmer, and sheriff Jerry Dunbar.
Following the ceremonies, the supervisors elected Ron Bennett as chair and Steve Davis as vice chair. The Washington Evening Journal was one of three newspapers designated for the publication of official proceedings.
