The Washington City Council will hold a special work session beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, in the Nicola-Stoufer Room at the Washington Public Library.

Items on the agenda include presentations from outside entities, fiscal year 2014 budget and second reading of an ordinance providing for Division of TIF Revenue (Highland Park East).
