Washington County Historical Society
Washington County Historical Society Executive Board met Nov. 21 at 9:20 a.m. Ferd Marie was presiding officer. Six members attended.
Carlton Mangold asked to resign from the executive board. His resignation was accepted, and it was voted to make him an honorary member. Mike Kramme said there is a steady sale of his book on Washington photographs. The Historical Society benefits from those sold at The Village. It was reported that the ceiling is up in the Indian artifacts room at Conger House, but is not finished. After the floor is cleaned, the new cabinets can be installed.
The next meeting will be at 9 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Washington Public Library.
