Zeb Fisher is a senior at Mid-Prairie High School and a member of the Bows & Bullets 4-H Club. He is the son of Duane and Vicky Fisher. He has two siblings, Zoe and Zane.
He has worked in the project areas of Meat Goats, Woodworking, Natural Resources, Welding, Horticulture, Wildlife, Beef, Swine and Bucket Bottle Calves.
Fisher is a member of the County Council for a third year. He's participated in the trapshooting 4-H state championship and considers himself as "the expert" at the 4-H Pancake Breakfast.
Among the highlights of his time in 4-H are being the “chainsaw guy” at the County Council’s haunted house, showing goats at the State Fair, attending the 4-H Camp in Madrid and going on a fishing trip and getting someone else’s fishing hook caught in his ear, and losing his glasses for good in the lake.
Other activities include bow hunting, bullet reloading, rifle shooting, being an FFA District officer, and other FFA activities.
Fisher plans to attend Iowa State University and to major in ag studies.
