	        The May 17 meeting of the H. J. Club was held at the So Dear to My Heart Bed and Breakfast with 11 members and one guest in attendance. An 11 a.m. brunch was served by Brenda Edgars and her helper Jamie. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and also enjoyed a tour of the historic home on Old White Way, which was conducted by Brenda.

	        Sunday, May 20, Red Brick and Walnut schools will be open for visitors from 1 to 4 p.m. at each of the schools. The buildings have been renovated inside and out. Even those who didn't go to a country school will enjoy listening to a former student tell how one teacher was able to teach eight different grades.
