Dowling Catholic is Coming
to Southern California!

I contacted Dowling Catholic high school in Des Moines and suggested that they play the St. John Bosco high school football team when they come to Los Angeles. St. John Bosco is ranked the number one high school football team in the state of California. I received this nice reply:

If only we could do a little more travelling at the high school level, it would be an honor to come out and play St. John Bosco.  Not sure you know this but there's a Don Bosco High School here in Iowa too but its pretty small.  That said, they dominate in their class of football year after year and did celebrate a state championship this past weekend, as well.  He is watching over his schools and teams.
I take it you can't attend the alumni reception on December 13th? You didn't mention this in your email and we'd love to have you join us.
Thanks so much!

St. John Bosco high school football in Bellflower, Ca is ranked number one in the State of California and 6th nationally. It is a boys college prep program with facilities and a program that rival many small colleges.

Father John Bosco  developed teaching methods based on love rather than punishment, a method that became known as the Salesian Preventive System He dedicated his life to the betterment and education of  street children and juvenile delinquents.
