Winifred Fritz was visited by her children on Feb. 24. Those present included Lucy Dietzman of Keosauqua, Mary Stecker with Bridget Hollingsworth and friend Joel of Fairfield, and Tony Fritz of Brighton with friend Lynn of North Liberty. The children provided the food, and they enjoyed visiting and playing games.

The Krony Krew Bridge Club met on Feb. 27 at the home of Kathryn Dickinson. Their next meeting will be held on March 13.

Gerald Pacha attended the Weather and Market Outlook seminar held in Iowa City at the Johnson County Extension office on Wednesday, Feb. 27. Chad Hart, ISU economist, spoke on the outlook for grain markets. Roger McEowen, professor of agricultural law, addressed the top 10 agricultural law developments affecting farm business.

Danny and Hazel Greiner attended the play "Chicago" March 3 at the Roberta Hall in Keosauqua.

Roberta Sieren with Wyatt and Abbie of Keota visited her parents, Bob and Carrol Shelangoski on March 6.

Overnight guests at the home of Pat Remington were her children, Travis of Ainsworth and Brandy Poli of Waukee. They celebrated Travis' birthday at the Riverside Casino.

Jane and Virgil Symmonds, Mary Stecker with friend Joel, all of Fairfield, and Tony Fritz with friend Lynn of North Liberty, spent the afternoon and evening of March 3 with their mother, Winifred Fritz.
