Church of God to have winter revival conference Feb. 14

Feb 10, 2014

The Washington Church of God will be having a winter revival conference beginning on Friday, Feb. 14, at 7 p.m., and the last service will be on Sunday, Feb. 16, beginning at 6 p.m. This will be a time of praise and worship to the Lord Jesus Christ, a time of ministry, prayer, singing and rejoicing in the Lord as well as a time of fellowship with one another.

On Friday night, Sharon Benell of Rose of Sharon ministries will be the evening speaker and ministering in that service. She has been in the ministry several years and will have something very special for attendees that night. Sharon is from Hedrick.

On Saturday at 1 p.m., there will be a ministry impartation service, followed by evangelist Robert Newton of Power House Ministries beginning at 3 p.m. He is a very anointed man of God who also will be ministering under the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit. At 5 p.m., an evening meal will be provided with no charge. At 7 p.m., Mark Fullmer, pastor and evangelist from Cedar Rapids, will be ministering in the Word and in special prayer time.

On Sunday there will be Sunday school at 9:30 a.m., followed at 10:30 a.m. by the regular worship service, where Mark Fullmer will speak. At noon a free lunch will be provided. On Sunday evening, the service will begin at 6 p.m. with Robert Newton. There will also be special singing and music at these services.

The public is invited to come and be a part of these special meetings and enjoy the blessings and the moving of the Spirit as they come together into the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. Conference planners are looking for God to do some wonderful things in this conference.
