Jun 10, 2013

COLUMBUS JUNCTION — With summer right around the corner, it’s time to think about keeping children eating healthy while school is out. Columbus School District provides free meals to children during the summer.

This summer, meals will be served at Roundy Elementary on Monday through Friday from 8 to 9 a.m. for breakfast and from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m for lunch. There are no income requirements or registration. Any child under age 19 may come to eat. For more information contact Columbus Schools at Janice Pugh, 319-728-6218, ext.1120 or send e-mail to <janice.pugh@columbuscsd.org>.
