Couple wedding exchange vows

Teela Nicole Thrapp and Kenneth Leroy Tuttle

Teela Nicole Thrapp and Kenneth Leroy Tuttle were united in marriage in a 4 p.m. outdoor ceremony on Aug. 18, 2012, in Solon, by the Rev. Tommy Roberts.

Parents of the couple are Kevin and Judi Thrapp of Keota, and Lance and Theresa Milz of Spring Grove, Ill. Grandparents are Clara and the late George Gingerich of Iowa City, and Lavone and the late John Wojtal of Lake in the Hills, Ill.

Erin Yoder was maid of honor and solo violinist. Bridal attendants were Jennifer Thrapp, Nicole Cox and Renee Yoder. Best man was Bradley Meyers. Groom attendants were Travis Thrapp, Jesus Villareal and Ryan Yoder. Ring bearer was Colton Thrapp, and flower girl was Gabrielle Paustian. Ushers and sand ceremony carries were Tanner and Blaine Thrapp. In addition to being usher, Reg Yoder gave the bridal couple a royal tour in his 1933 coupe.

The reception and dance was also held in Solon. The wedding cake and gifts of toffee were made and fashioned by Theresa Milz. Hair of the bridal party was styled by Cheryne Yoder.

Teela is employed by Hills Bank in North Liberty, and Ken is employed by Applebee’s in Coralville.
