Democratic process

By Andy Hallman | Oct 31, 2012

Lincoln fourth grade teacher Janet Conrad places an “I voted!” sticker on Ryan Maschmann, son of Jamie Maschmann, after he voted in the school’s mock presidential election Tuesday.
