Library concert to feature cello professor

The Washington Public Library will host a free concert on the second floor of the library from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10. This special concert will feature Anthony Arnone and is a collaborative event made possible by Arts Share of the University of Iowa. Arts Share provides access to life-enriching arts experiences throughout Iowa.

Cellist Anthony Arnone enjoys a varied career as a soloist, chamber musician, conductor, recording artist, and teacher throughout the country and around the world. Arnone is associate professor of cello at The University of Iowa School of Music, and is also on the faculty of the Preucil School of Music in Iowa City, where he teaches and conducts.
